As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Personal Shoppers and their assistants. You will ensure that all procedures are adhered to and create systems in to simplify process.
You will develop and motivate your staff and work closely with your Business Manager.
This role is an operational role and would suit Retail or Ops Managers who are looking for a new challenge in further developing their career in luxury retail.
